How can I purchase your products as a business buyer?
We only sell full cases to businesses. All orders must meet a minimum of $300.00. For business inquiries, please email us at email@example.com.
I bought one of your products from a store and would like to purchase it again. Where can I buy this product?
Unfortunately, store items are custom made. We do not have these items in stock.
Where can I find a replacement toy or part?
Locate the label (on the rear of the toy) and email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with details written on it. If the toy is still on the market, we will be able to tell you where to find one. Sadly, we do not keep any of these toys in stock.
My toy no longer plays music. Do you sell musical button replacements?
Music buttons are not sold separately from the toys. However, you may open the button and replace the battery - it should be a standard battery used in watches. Please be careful when opening the plastic button. If it cracks it will not snap back into place. However, the toy should still be operational. Do this at your own risk.
How do I clean my toy?
We would recommend surface washing. If absolutely necessary, please make sure to place the product in a netted bag before putting in the washing machine.
