Business Analyst
Collect and analyze data on operational effectiveness and efficiency and recommend modifications to operations to attain higher efficiency and lower costs, including analyzing data gathered on various problems involving organizational change, internal processes within the management structure and operations, and determining potential ways to streamline operations; develop & analyze business models using tools such as Microsoft Excel to support business strategic planning, forecasting, and performance tracking including overseas teams and factories; review and improve data collection and reporting methods for streamlining business operations; examine customer record/inventory management system and prepare recommendations for improvement to increase workflow efficiency and productivity.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Management, or a related field + 2 years of experience as an Analyst, Business-Related. In lieu of the Bachelor’s degree + 2 years, will accept a Master’s in the same fields + 6 months of the same experience. Experience under both sets of requirements must include using Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables to track key performance metrics and predict trends, and performing process optimization analyses on various business processes.
